Kimberly is a Boise-based attorney licensed to practice in Idaho, Washington, Alaska and California. Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from Boston University, where she spent a semester studying at Oxford University. She then attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she received her J.D.
Kimberly focuses her practice on business and real estate law. She enjoys strategizing with her clients and distilling complicated information into workable solutions. She knows that time is valuable and she helps clients navigate the legal system and solve problems quickly so they can get back to running their businesses.
Prior to joining Smith + Malek, Kimberly dedicated her career to public service. She served as a prosecutor in both California and Idaho, and represented Idaho’s largest municipal corporation where she specialized in risk management, administrative and regulatory law, and employment and labor law.
Outside of the office, Kimberly enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and exploring the Greenbelt with her husband and their two young children. She serves as a Commissioner on the Garden City Planning and Zoning Commission.
